1. Course Fees / Service Charges
All payments made towards course fees or service charges are non-transferable and non-refundable, except as stated below.
2. Cancellation Policy
If you wish to cancel your enrollment or service booking, you must notify us in writing at sales@old.valavanacademy.com within 2 days of your purchase.
Cancellations requested within 2 days of purchase may be eligible for a full or partial refund, depending on the circumstances and at our discretion.
Cancellations requested after 2 days from the date of purchase will not be eligible for a refund.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds will be provided only under the following conditions:
If Valavan Academy cancels a course, workshop, or service for any reason, you will receive a full refund.
If you made a duplicate payment by mistake, please contact us with proof of the duplicate transaction.
No refund will be provided for:
Change of mind after the 2-day cancellation window.
Our team will review your request and respond within 5 business days.
5. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 7 business days.
Any transaction fees or bank charges incurred during payment or refund will be deducted from the refund amount.

Valavan Academy reserves the right to update or modify this policy at any time without prior notice. Please review this page periodically for any changes.
